<p>We recently had the opportunity to tune a car with a motor and turbo kit put together by one of our partners, AutoSportWerks in Colorado. It is a very complete build with no details left undeveloped. Specs below:</p>

<h1>Engine:</h1>
<p><em>-2.7 short block with SuperTech pistons (82.5mm 8.5 to 1 compression ratio) and Pauter rods with oil rifling for the pin. Block was machine bored/honed and internally balanced to 9500 rpm. Total displacement after oversized pistons and boring is 2.8L</em></p>
<p><em>-2.8 cylinder heads, custom ported/flowed. Cat Gold titanium valve springs and retainers. 2.8 intake cams and 2.7 exhaust cams. New valve guides and valve stem seals.  Seven angle valve job.</em></p>
<p><em>-Tial 770R turbo kit with inlet tubes and hoses, oil feed lines, coolant feed lines, waste gate signal and actuator lines, and lower pressure hoses.</em></p>
<p><em>-Evolution Racewerks sidemount intercoolers.</em></p>
<p><em>-Hand fabricated ASW divorced down pipes with 3 inch dual center section and stainless bolt together flanges. No catalytic converters. Two three inch stainless resonators and two three inch stainless flex couplers.</em></p>
<p><em>-AWE Twin 2 catback exhaust</em></p>
<p><em>-EPL fueling kit with 83lb Bosch EV14 injectors. EPL mass air flow sensor housing. RS4 accordion hose. NGK spark plugs gapped to 25 thousandths.</em></p>
<p><em>-EPL custom ECU tune for 93 octane fuel</em></p>
<p><em>-Two Bosch Motorsport “044” high flow fuel pumps with drop in components/basket, one pump mounted externally with AN fittings/plumbing. External high micron fuel filter and check valve.</em></p>
<p><em>-Apikol snub mount.</em></p>
<p><em>-Aquamist HFS-6 water/methanol injection system, with twin 1mm nozzles mounted in bi pipe.</em></p>
<p><em>-Apikol trunk mounted methanol tank.</em></p>
<p><em>-Autometer 60psi boost gauge with center vent mount.</em></p>
<p><em>-APR bi pipe</em></p>
<p><em>-Hyperboost diverter valves</em></p>
<p><em>-SDR X-1 intake</em></p>
<p><em>-RS4 engine mounts</em></p>
<p><em>-Custom painted Y-pipe, bi-pipe and intake manifold.</em></p>
<h1>Drivetrain</h1>
<p><em>-Custom Southbend clutch and single mass steel flywheel with upgraded throw out bearing.</em></p>
<p><em>-RS4 transmission mounts</em></p>
<p><em>- Apikol rear diff mount</em></p>
<p><em>-Neuspeed 19mm rear sway bar.</em></p>
<p><em>-H&amp;R street coilover system</em></p>
<p><em>-Redline fluids in transmission and rear diff.</em></p>
<p><em>-OZ Allegerita HLT wheels 18&#215;8 18lbs each.</em></p>
<p><em>-Yokahama Advan Neova ADO8 tires 255/35/18</em></p>
<p><em>-JH Motorsports short shifter</em></p>
<p>After two days of tuning, we arrived at 578whp at about 29psi of boost on pump fuel:</p>
